For printing For bulk prints: 50% non-refundable downpayment, full payment prior delivery. One (1) sample print is only free for bulk orders (except for notepads wherein sample printing is not allowed). Once a print job has been approved by client and "sent to press", no changes are allowed to the artwork files, job characteristics, and terms, among others. Final proofreading is a responsibility of client.
For designs
50% non-refundable downpayment confirmation of engagement and full upon delivery of final approved files.
Editing beyond free rounds will incur additional charges. Revisions or totally redesigning the logo from originally chosen design will be considered a new logo design engagement. Client to provide details based on the branding questions or other information necessary for the design process.
For product orders Product orders that are unused and unopened may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Personalized or customized prints are not eligible for return as they are made specifically for you.
